Eleni Foureira is the queen of Greek pop with her career “captivating” all over Europe.
She began her music career in 2007 as a member of the girl group Mystique, before pursuing a solo career after the group disbanded. Her self-titled debut album was released in 2010 and received a platinum certification.
Her hit singles and her stage performances made Eleni Fouriera one of Greece’s fastest-rising singers. In 2018 she represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Fuego”, where she finished second, the best result Cyprus has ever achieved in the contest.
Immediately after Eurovision and with “Fuego” having achieved high sales and charts worldwide, she began a multi-month sold out European tour, with sold out performances in 16 countries and dozens of live music and television shows. Indeed, in 2019 she returned to the scene of the Eurovision finale, in an impressive act with the legends of the competition.
Also, she released her first English-language EP, “Gypsy Woman”, starried in a Netflix Espana ad campaign, while she collaborated with legendary Snoop Dogg and talented rapper Kaan on “Sirens” a remake of the classic 1983 hit by the Eurythmics “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of These)”. Also, in 2019 he was a judge on the musical talent show “The Final Four”.
Eleni Fouriera, who has won 18 music awards in Greece and 12 in Cyprus, has appeared in all major music events presenting unique and impressive acts. Also she is one of the top Greek artists on all digital platforms and YouTube, measuring more than 44 million streams and over 275 million YouTube views, with continuous no1 on YouTube trends.
