
CRystallia
Crystallia is a talented and well known Greek singer, musician, songwriter and composer. She began her professional career in 2006 when she appeared alongside Marinella and Antonis Remos. She also worked with well-known pianist and conductor Andrew Boutsikaki to develop her artistic repertoire. From 2009 to 2012, she was a member of Otherview, a band that released one album and three digital singles, including successful songs such as “La Luna”, “Kane Me”, “So Long” and “RunAway”. They also performed live shows in major music events, such as MadWalk and MAD Video Music Awards. In the fall of 2012, Crystallia left Otherview to pursue a solo career. Her first solo single was released in 2013, titled “Kimolia”, while she performed live with Onirama and she was a contestant on the first series of Greek television program “Your Face Sounds Familiar”. In 2014 she participated in “Eurosong 2014 – a MAD show”, a competition to select the Greek entry in the Eurovision Song Contest, with the song “Petalouda Stin Athina”. In 2017 she released her first solo album “Thema Charaktira”, an album with dixieland, gypsy jazz, swing and nouvelle vague elements. The majority of the 12 songs were composed by Crystallia and the lyrics were written by notable and renowned lyricists, such as Gerasimos Evangelatos, Spyros Grammenos and Dimitris Tzannos. Songs such as “Thema Xaraktira”, “Mia Leksi Mono” and “Tin Epomeni Fora” went into success and entered the charts. Showing another aspect of her talent, she then released the single “Me Gusta”, a pop anthem with Spanish lyrics. Crystallia has performed solo in many major music scenes in Athens, as well as alongside other artists, such as Antonis Remos, Giorgos Sampanis and Dimos Anastasiadis.
